Other Info: Tequila Tazon has been in business since 2004 and launched it's brand
in 2007. In early 2007, Tazon tequila received a claim of trademark infringement by
Tezon tequila. It is do to an agreement with this claim that Tazon tequila switched to
its current name of 374 Tequila. With the switch came changes to the tequila as well.
The original Tazon bottles were distilled two times and the new 374 bottles are triple
distilled. It is due to the short time between these changes that Tazon tequila has
quickly become a popular collectors item and something I am privileged and honored to
have in my collection.
"Tazon Anejo has been aged in French Canadian oak barrels for 24 months, a premium
process that produces one of the spirit world's rarest pleasures. Tazon Anejo's amber
color and rich taste come from its interaction with the oak and mellowing of time."
