My Tasting Notes: I purchased a bottle of this tequila through a close friend of
mine and tasted it out of a Riedel glass.  The tequila is an amber brown color.  This
Extra Anejo has aromas of intense floral and fruity aspects followed by
moderate-to-intense caramel.  On the lighter side, this tequila has mild aromas of
vanilla and spice.  On the tip of tongue, this tequila is mellow and has a
medium-to-heavy mouth feel.  While the tequila has heavy agave flavor for an Extra
Anejo, it is sweet and has no bitterness.  The flavor of this tequila contains intense
notes of agave, caramel, and floral followed by moderate vanilla.  Deeper flavors of the
Extra Anejo consist of mild-to-moderate fruit and wood aspects.  Upon finishing this
tequila, there is a very long duration of flavor and numbing alcohol intensity.

Other Info: The date stamp on this bottle is 7/12/07.

This bottle came to me all the way from the UK.  It took quite a few months and the
help of many tequila aficionados to finally receive the bottles but it was worth the wait
and worth every penny.  My only wish is that I had more.
