My Tasting Notes: I purchased 1.5 ounces of this tequila at Zocalo in Sacramento,
CA and tasted it out of a Riedel glass. The tequila is a yellow golden color. Sauza
Triada Anejo aromas consist of intense floral aspects followed by moderate earth and
vanilla. On the lighter side, this Anejo has mild aromas of caramel, fruit, and smoke.
On the tip of tongue, this tequila is mellow and has a medium mouth feel. While the
tequila has heavy agave flavor for an Anejo, it is sweet and has no bitterness. The
flavor of this tequila contains intense notes of agave, caramel, and floral followed by
moderate vanilla and wood aspects. Deeper flavors of Sauza Triada Anejo consist of
mild earth, fruit, and smoke. Upon finishing this tequila, there is a medium-to-long
duration of flavor and numbing alcohol intensity.

Other Info: When it comes to Sauza Triada, there are numerous admirers of the
tequila and numerous questions surrounding its disappearance. Many people,
including myself, believe Triada to be the best product from the Sauza family but yet
they do not make it any more. While I have asked numerous people about why they
stopped making this amazing product, I have come up with no answers. Hopefully one
day they will produce another product of this caliber. Until then I will just have to
continue buying them when I come across dusty bottles on my tequila hunts.

created a powerful third element - prefect balance. They considered this profound
harmony to be at the basis of all creation. For example, the earth will only bear fruit
when the sun and the rain are in balance. Triada Tequila expresses this philosophy by
the fusion of opposites. A perfectly balanced Anejo Tequila that tempers the young,
raw, hand harvested 100% Blue Agave through double distillation and then careful
