"Pulque, Mexico's first alcoholic beverage, dates back nine thousand years. The juice
of the Agave, "Aguamiel" or "honey water" as it is called, is collected, then naturally
fermented to produce this remarkably refreshing beverage. Pulque was thought to be
a gift from the Goddess Mayahuel made from 100% natural Agave from Mexico.
