These bottles were only made for the Salty Senorita Mexican Cantina and Restaurant
in Arizona.  Here is some information from their website:

"Rising from the shimmering depths, comes a restaurant experience so unique, it
seduces your soul with exotic flavors, tantalizing sounds and a playful ambiance
straight from the heart of Mexico.

John Casale, founder of Anthem Restaurants of America, Inc., the owner and operator
of Salty Senorita Fresh Mexican Restaurant and Cantina, created this unique concept
based upon the story of a Spanish sailor and his magical encounter with a mysterious
mermaid.

The first Salty Senorita opened its doors in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale in
December of 2003 and quickly became a Valley “hot spot” among both residents and
visitors alike. In 2005, Salty opened its second location in Mesa/Gilbert and once again,
this fun and kitschy concept found itself incredibly well received. Most recently, Casale
announced the opening of Salty North Scottsdale and a Peoria location still to come in
late October 2007. These new additions to the Salty family have been hand chosen by
Casale, and, as is traditional for Salty locations, both are placed in exciting new areas
well know for their quality establishments and entertainment features. Salty North
Scottsdale is located in what was previously the Downside Risk Grille and Bar and Salty
Peoria is located next to Peoria Sports complex in what was once the Monastery II.

Each Salty location has been masterfully designed by Judith Testani (Elements, Furio,
Greenehouse, Montana Street, Tarbell’s) and reflects a warm and inviting design similar
to the unique works of Antonio Gaudi, the famous Spanish architect of the early
twentieth century.

Salty’s exceptionally diverse menu was created by acclaimed Executive Chef, Jagger
Griffin. With imaginative dinner entrees, quick and tasty lunch specials, a delicious
Sunday brunch menu, along with happy hour and late night food, Salty Senorita offers
something for everyone. Salty also boasts over 101 premium blue agave tequilas and
51 signature margaritas held in Salty’s signature drink book, 51 Blue, which now
features awesome new tequila and margarita flights!.

It's always a celebration at Salty, with promotions like Sunset Sundays, Half off
appetizers and Senorita Slushes every Sunday night. Margarita Mondays feature half-
price margaritas every Monday night from 8pm until close. And, Tijuana Tuesdays offer
$1.00 chicken, beef or fish tacos and $5.00 Mermaid Pails (buckets of beer) all night
long! Every few months, Salty offers a special gathering called Margarita Mechanics,
during which “students” will learn how to craft the perfect margarita from the best in
the Valley!

Keep your eye out for the Salty Shuttle roaming the streets of the Valley. Whether it’s
jumping on the convenient shuttle during Spring Training, renting the popular party bus
for a fun night out on the town, or taking the bus to local happenings, the Salty Shuttle
is there for you.

Salty Senorita shows no signs of stopping! Quite the contrary, we’ve only just begun!
With award-winning cuisine and drinks, innovative concepts and the fun, relaxed vibe
enjoyed by so many, four locations are only the tip of the palm tree for this hip and
happenin’ gal called the Salty Senorita." -

The bottle does come with a neck tag with more information on this extremely rare
bottle.  The neck tag reads: "The quality of great tequila is based on the careful
selection of the best blue Agave plants.

Their long and spiky leaves known as "Penca Azul" protect the heart of the plant,
which weighs more than 80 pounds (40 kg)  Their blue color and size reflects the result
of ten years of caring of the noble specie, which grows mainly in the Valley of Tequila
and the highlands of Jalisco.

The careful cooking, fermenting, and distilling of their juices gives birth to a superb
sipping Tequila.

The handcrafted small batch production tequila, has been aged in fine oak barrels for
more than two years to offer a smooth balance between the Agave's sweet fruitiness
and the oak's essences.  Penca Azul "Reserva" is an Ultra Premium sipping Tequila.

A family tradition of nearly 100 years allows us to share with you this Tequila "Penca
Azul" Anejo "Reserva."

Tequila "Penca Azul" Anejo "Reserva."  A tribute to the Blue Agave Plant "The taste of
