"Penacho Azteca is a unique product made from select Agave grown by Tequileria El
Triangulo S.A. de C.V. located in the state of Jalisco. Its name originates from the Plume
of Moctezuma, a headdress of feathers and precious stones used by the Aztec
emperor around the 15th century. In 2005, during the International Wine and Spirits
Competition in London, England, one of the most prestigious beverage competitions in
the world, the brand competed with some world-renowned Tequilas and received
various medals in multiple categories. Penacho Azteca boasts a sparkling yellow color
and silver highlights with fruity apple accents and an intense aroma of Agave, with a
long finish." -
