harvested from a single field and that they bear the personality of the soil and climate
unique to this location.
There is only one Ocho.

"The 2009 Plata agave was harvested from our "Las Pomez" estate. Las Pomez is
located 2,055 meters above sea leavel and named for the town nearby. It is
approximately 7 hectacres with 20.336 agave plants. As on of the highest elevation
estates it has high temps of 24.8 C and lows at 9.1 C, making for the extremely
high-sugar content in the agave plant." -Tequila Ocho Website
