Other Info: This is yet another bottle that has been produced by the wonderful
distillery of Destiladora Azteca de Jalisco. The distillery has brought us some of the
best products in the world (in my opinion). Some of these products include Arette,
Porfidio, El Reformador, and many more. I purchased this bottle at the Ley .925
distillery in April of 2008. I had heard of this bottle from Pocotequila.com but had not
seen it in person so I was over excited to purchase it at $100. To be honest, I had
originally thought it was $350 and was considering buying it at that price. Thus, when
a good friend of mine told me it was only $100 I could not get the money out of my
wallet fast enough. After talking with the CEO of Ley (who also signed the bottle), I
found out that this Ley .925 bottle from NOM 1109 is estimated to be over 12 years
old, making this bottle from around the year 1995/96. As many know, I am a huge fan
of everything from the 1109 NOM and am proud to have this in my collection.
