My Tasting Notes: With a pale yellow color, Jose Cuervo Tradicional Reposado has
an intense aroma of earth. Moderate aromas consist of floral, fruit, and smoke. The
tequila has a bitterness to it and a sweet aftertaste. Initial flavors are intense earth
and floral. There are also moderate agave, fruit, and spicy flavors. A hot, numbing
alcohol intensity and a medium duration of flavor bring this tequila to an end.
Info on the Back of the Bottle: "Rested in white oak barrels, this legendary
handcrafted 100% blue agave tequila is still made with the same traditional methods
that Jose Cuervo used when he first began producing tequila in 1795. The Cuervo
family continues to proudly seal each bottle with the symbol of their family name.
