Info on the Back of the Bottle: “TEQUILA CUERVO TRADICIONAL

This bottle celebrates 200 years of Jose Cuervo Tequila.  In producing it, we have
respected the legacy and methods of those first products made by us as "Vino tequila
mexicano."

The crow symbol traditionally has been used by Cuervo in Mexico- "cuervo" means
crow in Spanish- it is also our family name.

AGAVE CULTIVATION
Legitimate tequila is uniquely obtained from the agave azul tequilana, which is from the
agave azul tequilana, which we have used 100% for this traditional hand-harvested,
Cuervo Tradicional.

COOKING
In antique ovens of stone and clay, the agave is baked until it is ready for the crushing
that extracts its sugars, following the traditional process.

After special care in fermentation of the sugars, the ferment is then brought to the
copper pot stills for double distillation.

Finally, the tequila is given repose in white oak tanks, giving forth Cuervo Tradicional,
tequila worthy of any celebration."

Other Info: This bottle is from 1995.

The
Cuervo website provides the following information about Jose Cuervo Traditional:
"Since 1795, tequila aficionados have been choosing Jose Cuervo Tradicional. This
award-winning classic is crafted from 100% blue agave and rested (“Reposado”, in
Spanish) in oak barrels for a smoother, more refined taste. It was the Cuervo family’s
first creation, and it’s still the #1 selling 100% Agave Reposado tequila in Mexico.*
Those in the know keep a bottle chilled in the freezer and are always ready to serve
their friends a crisp, smooth, frozen shot of Jose Cuervo Tradicional.
