Info on the Back of the Bottle: Carefully crafted from the finest blue agave at
it's peak of maturity continuing on the heritage and the centuries old family tradition,
then aged in white oak barrels to a golden pure Tequila.
Other Info: This bottles date stamp reads March 29th, 2005.
"Herradura was tequila before tequila was cool and until recently the company had
never made anything but 100 % agave tequila. Hacienda San Jose one of the more
traditional and older distilleries. The reposado is relatively dark in color. It is strong in
alcohol to the nose and pallet with obvious but pleasant wood tones. The round,
Español bottles like the one pictured above are sometimes available in the U.S. and
currently listed at Wally's and Internet Wines & Spirits. The square bottles are much
more common and found most everywhere including all of the internet stores."
