My Tasting Notes: The tequila is a dark golden yellow color.  Beginning with intense
caramel and floral aromas, the deeper aromas include moderate vanilla and mild fruity
scents.  On the tip of the tongue there is a mellow and soft sensation that is followed
by a low sweetness and low bitter taste.  Upon tasting, the tequila has intense agave,
floral, and earth with mild fruit, vanilla, and smoke flavors.  Espolon Anejo tequila
finishes with a medium-to-short duration of flavor and tingly alcohol intensity.
