My Tasting Notes: The tequila is clear color and has intense floral, fruit, and earth
aromas. Once you get past the intense nose, you can smell mild notes of spice and
smoke. On the tip of the tongue the tequila is mellow and soft while having a light
intensity of taste and feels thin in the mouth. The tequila has a hint of bitterness and
has a low amount of sweetness. Now onto flavor. The flavor has intense to moderate
agave, earth, and floral attributes which are followed by mild spice, fruit, and smoke.
The tequilas finish is a medium duration of flavor followed by a slight numbing alcohol
feeling.

mature estate grown agave plants."
