Info on the Back of the Bottle: "The man who, through generations has
mastered the art of selecting, and harvesting the best blue agave available to convert
it into this fine, smooth Tequila. In honour of this legendary figure we name our
tequila: El Jimador.
Other Info: Unlike other bottles from this distillery, this bottle does not have an
easily readable date stamp but the box that it came from stated that it is from 2001.

"Tequila el Jimador 100% Agave is crafted in the historic village of Amatitán in the
State of Jalisco, the very center of Mexico’s rich agave producing region. Introduced in
1994, Tequila el Jimador 100% Agave is Mexico’s #1 tequila.
It’s a way of doing things that is the essence of the tequila. It’s staying true to the
process our ancestors have used for years. And it’s a true attention to detail that
makes this tequila great.
