My Tasting Notes: I tried this tequila by doing a blind tasting. This tequila is a
golden brown color and has intense aromas of earth and floral. There are also
moderate aromas of fruit, vanilla, and caramel. A mellow taste on the tip of the tongue
leads to a low-to-moderate level of sweetness and no bitterness. The El Jimador
Anejo flavor contains intense fruity, agave, and caramel flavors. The tequila also has
moderate intensities of vanilla followed by a hint of earth and spice accents. El Jimador
Anejo finishes with a medium duration of flavor and a slightly numbing alcohol feeling.
