Info on the Back of the Bottle: "In honor of the man who with pride,
determination and courage, has mastered the art of selecting and harvesting the best
blue agaves, we name our tequila: El Jimador."

Other Info: The date stamp on this bottle is July 17th, 2008.

I first saw these new bottles at the Las Vegas Tequila Fest in 2008.  Shortly after, I
began seeing the Reposado bottles in stores.  While originally El Jimador was a 100%
agave product, for many years since its inception it has been a mixto.  I am glad that
the brand has finally decided to move El Jimador back into the 100% agave category
and hope it stays 100% for years to come.

Below is more information about El Jimador tequila:

"Crafted with care, Tequila el Jimador 100% Agave Blanco is uncommonly smooth. With
its transparent crystalline color, you can literally see its unrivaled clarity.
Upon first taste, you experience the blue agave with hints of citrus fruit like never
before. Your drink comes to life with the spirit of the Jimador’s learned skills." -
