My Tasting Notes:

Info on the Back of the Bottle:
The goddess Mayahuel that with patience
watches the agave to its ripening; was the inspiration of Don Antonio Yera, who was a
Fogonero and whose yearning was to devise an equal tequila of better quality than
the one that was produced where he performed his works.  Don Antonio watched the
kettles in the tequila production company business which has recognition in the
country.

A lot of time was spent so that the dream of Don Antonio became reality; it was until
the third generation in which Jesus, Rigoberto, and Antonio carried out the execution of
the most ambitious dream of their grandfather.

With the subtle sound that removes the perfect beauty of the agave, that naturally
delights to the expert and most exacting palate, they devised a tequila of
incomparable flavor in the best land of the tequilera zone:  Amatitan, Jalisco.

It was as well as Jesus , Rigoberto, and Antonio, in honor and gratitude to their
grandfather, they named our tequila: El Fogonero.

Other Info: As far as I know, this is a fairly new tequila and has not been on the
market for that long.  So far I have seen 4 products available from this label and am
glad to see that they are all 100%.  The product line includes a Blanco, Reposado,
Anejo, and Reserva.  At this time there is no website available and not much
information to be found but hopefully in the near future we will have more information
about this new tequila.
