My Tasting Notes: On this date I tried this tequila by doing a blind tasting at Zocalo
using a snifter.  This tequila is an amber brown color and has intense aromas of fruit.
There are also moderate aromas of vanilla, spice, and caramel followed by mild earth,
floral, and smoke.  A soft taste on the tip of the tongue leads to a sweet tequila taste
with a small amount of bitterness.  The Don Fulano Imperial Anejo flavor contains
intense caramel flavors with moderate agave and earth.  The tequila also has mild fruit,
floral, chemical, and smoke with hints of vanilla and spice.  Don Fulano Imperial Anejo
finishes with a medium-to-long duration of flavor and a numbing alcohol feeling.
