"From the Award Winning Master Distiller of Clase Azul Reposado and Ultra, we proudly
present Clase Azul “Platino.” Platino is produced in the highlands of Jalisco at
Productos Finos de Agave in Jesus Maria-Ayotlan. This exceptional Tequila is produced
from hand-selected Tequilana Weber Blue Agaves that are slow-cooked in traditional
ovens. The fermentation is introduced with a proprietary strain of yeast. And, the
distillation is carefully watched over to produce an exquisite spirit. This exceptional
tequila is presented in hand-crafted bottles that are produced in local communities in
