I had the pleasure of meeting Pepe (Casa Noble's Master Distiller) in December of 2007
at Bevmo where he was promoting the release of this new single barrel Reposado.
Pepe was kind enough to sign this bottle and about 10 more bottles from my collection
and Rolando's.
"Our most refined tequila. Smooth, sensuous and full bodied, this tequila rivals the
best spirits in the world. Casa Noble Reposado, aged for one year in French White Oak
barrels, comes in a decanter as exceptional as the tequila it contains: cobalt blue
porcelain, handmade by local artists. The look of this decanter will enhance any private

The single barrel program is new for 2007 and included both Reposado and Anejo
single barrel products.
