My Tasting Notes: The tequila is a pale yellow color and has an intense floral,
earth, fruit, and vanilla aromas.  Once you get past the intensity of the nose, you can
smell mild notes of spice, caramel, and smoke.  On the tip of the tongue the tequila is
mellow and soft and feels thin and oily in the mouth.  While the tequila has a hint
bitterness, it is actually fairly sweet and syrupy.  Now onto flavor.  The flavor has
intense fruit.  The intense flavors are followed by moderate agave, floral, and vanilla
with mild earth and spice.  The tequilas finish is a medium duration of flavor followed by
a slight tingly alcohol feeling.

Other Info: I had the pleasure of meeting Pepe (Casa Noble's Master Distiller) in
December of 2007 at Bevmo.  Pepe was kind enough to sign this bottle and about 10
more bottles from my collection and Rolando's.  While the pics of this bottle do not
show the signature, some of the other Casa Noble bottles pictures do show it.

"Our most refined tequila. Smooth, sensuous and full bodied, this tequila rivals the
best spirits in the world. Casa Noble Reposado, aged for one year in French White Oak
barrels, comes in a decanter as exceptional as the tequila it contains: cobalt blue
porcelain, handmade by local artists. The look of this decanter will enhance any private
collection or bar counter." -
