My Tasting Notes: I tried this tequila by doing a blind tasting using a snifter.  This
tequila is an amber brown color and has intense aromas of vanilla and caramel.  There
are also moderate aromas of fruit followed by mild floral.  A mellow taste on the tip of
the tongue leads to a low level of sweetness with no bitterness.  The Casa Noble
Anejo flavor contains intense caramel flavors and moderate-to-intense vanilla.  The
tequila also has moderate intensities of earth and floral followed by mild agave and
fruit accents.  Casa Noble Anejo finishes with a long duration of flavor and a slightly
numbing alcohol feeling.

Other Info: I had the pleasure of meeting Pepe (Casa Noble's Master Distiller) in
December of 2007 at Bevmo.  Pepe was kind enough to sign this bottle and about 10
more bottles from my collection and Rolando's.  While the pics of this bottle do not
show the signature, some of the other Casa Noble bottles pictures do show it.

"This exquisite tequila is matured in French White Oak barrels for five years, and has
an exceptional bouquet and body that ranks among the finest distilled spirits in the
world. Its deep golden tone is reflected in a decanter so unique and beautiful, that it
has earned the distinction of being among the most exquisite liquor bottles in the
industry. Made of black porcelain, it is decorated with accents and labels made of 18k
gold hand painted by local Artists. Production is limited to 2,000 cases a year, and is
already sought after by collectors." -
