Other Info: As far as I know, Ancestra tequila has been produced at four different
distilleries. These distilleries include NOM 1173, 1416, 1420, and 1506. I assume that
NOM 1420 was the last distillery to produce Ancestra because the tequila was 100%
agave until recent years and the NOM 1420 bottle is a mixto. I also assume that of the
four distilleries, the 1173 NOM is the first one to produce this tequila due to the date
on the bottle which is from the year 1999. Unfortunately, information about Ancestra
tequila is very difficult to find. Thus, the information above is my best guess based on
the information I have.
