Other Info: "This distilleries proprietary label is Siete Leguas and is popular in
Mexico but the company is probably most know to us for it's production of Patrón. Now
Patrón does have it's own facility in the same town of Atotonilco el Alto, Jalisco.
Previous to this you would only find 7 Leguas in Mexico and this Añejo version labeled
as "Etiqueta Negra" (Black Label). The current 7 Leguas family has been stream lined
and presented in new, more elegant bottles. It's easy to understand the reason for
the change in this extremely competitive market and the expansion of 7 Leguas into
the United States market but I always loved the charm of these traditional bottles. I'm
not absolutely positive but I don't believe the older line up had two Añejo tequilas with
Etiqueta Negra being the only one." -
