My Tasting Notes: 4 Copas Blanco is clear in color. Aromas consist of intense earth
and floral followed by moderate fruit, smoke, pepper, and spice scents. The first sip of
the tequila is sweet and has a low-to-no amount of bitterness. The types of flavors 4
Copas Blanco has include intense earth and floral. On the mild side, there are agave,
spice, pepper, and smoky flavors. Unfortunately, the tequila finished with a short
duration of flavor and a slight tingly alcohol intensity.

estate grown, organically certified and tested for peak sugar content individually
before harvest. Sebastian Melendez goes to work and the first result of his magical

peppery characteristics. The beauty of using the best, pure agave known to man and
eliminating all impurities in the process of refining it, is it's taste and the way it makes
