My Tasting Notes: I tried this tequila, which cost me $4, at the Davis Graduate
Tequila Bar and tasted it in a snifter.  With a yellow golden color, this tequila has
intense floral and earthy aromas.  Other aromas include moderate spice and fruit with
mild smoke.  The tequila has a medium mouth feel and on the first sip is sweet with
mild-to-moderate bitterness.  1800 Reposado has numerous arrays of flavors due to its
6 months of aging.  Intense flavors of floral and agave are followed by moderate notes
of spice, earth, and fruit.  With a medium duration of flavor, tastes of mild smoke with
hints of wood bring this tequila to a subtle finish.

Info on the Back of the Bottle: "Rested in French Oak barrels, this smooth and
delicious Tequila is ideal for sipping and famous for the Ultimate Margarita."

Other Info: “Named in commemoration of the year in which the first expertly aged
Tequila was unveiled, 1800 still follows the standards of the original formula, created in
1800: Eight-year-old agaves and superior French and American oak wooden barrels
selected by the 1800 Maestro Tequilero (Master Tequila Blender) are used.  It’s a
painstaking process – but one that yields a super-premium product.” -
