Info on the Back of the Bottle: 1800 Reposado, itself a Mexican Masterpiece
through its artful pyramid shaped bottle and carefully crafted liquid, brings other
Mexican Masterpieces to America. This limited edition package proudly features one of
four paintings chosen to represent the distinct expression and passionate spirit of the
Mexican people. 1800 Tequila The Art and Soul of Mexico.
Other Info: 1800 tequila is made by Cuervo but in recent years they have tried to
separate themselves from the Cuervo brands. Originally, 1800 was produced at the
original distillery (NOM 1104) but later products were produced at the newer distillery
(NOM 1122). As far as I know, the bottle pictured here is an earlier addition of the
artisan bottles produced by 1800. I have only heard of two sets of four Reposado
artisan bottles produced by this company. The earlier bottles, as pictured here, have a
black background and no NOM number on the bottle. While the newer version, also on
this site, is silver and has the 1122 NOM on the bottles.
